Client Property

Upon full payment for custom development services, clients retain ownership of the specific deliverables created for them, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement

Project Timeline and Delivery

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by client-side factors (such as delayed feedback or content provision) may result in timeline adjustments.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty claims must be made within 30 days of service delivery.

Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SABR ENTERPRISES PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of information shared by clients. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services. Clients are expected to keep any proprietary information about our business processes confidential.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately if the other party breaches these terms
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SABR Enterprises Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ganderbal, Kashmir, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and SABR Enterprises Pvt Ltd regarding the use of our services.
